A leading research and engineering organization in India's power and energy sector was evaluating the future of its virtualization infrastructure. With its existing VMware environment approaching a technology refresh cycle, the organization sought an objective assessment to determine whether modernizing on-premises infrastructure or migrating to AWS would deliver greater long-term value.
To support this strategic decision, the organization engaged Lauren Group to assess its VMware environment, evaluate migration readiness, and develop a comprehensive cloud adoption strategy backed by performance and cost analysis.
The Problem
