About the Client
The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), a key player in India’s financial infrastructure, manages the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS). Their goal was to improve processing speed and accuracy for AEPS transactions.
The Problem
NPCI’s AEPS processing required a full day of manual effort, completed in three cycles. This created delays, increased the risk of calculation errors, and strained operational efficiency. The client needed a faster, automated solution to align with AEPS transaction volume and schedule.
Our Approach
We developed an automated bot that directly downloads the AEPS raw file from the NPCI site and performs calculations three times daily. The bot was customized to align with NPCI’s schedule, eliminating the need for manual processing and ensuring consistent accuracy.
